V I R A Exchange & Return Policy

1. Made to Order & Pre-Order Items

Order Cancellation
- Customers have a 3-day window from the order placement date to cancel made-to-order and pre-order items for a full refund.
- After the 3-day window expires, these orders become final and non-refundable.

Quality Exceptions
- Made-to-order and pre-order items may be eligible for refund if they do not meet VIRA's quality standards.
- VIRA reserves the right to inspect returned items to verify quality concerns.
- Documented evidence of quality issues must be provided when requesting a refund under this exception.

2. Garments & Accessories

Exchange Policy
- All garments and accessories are eligible for exchange only.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 1 week of receiving the item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Exchange Process
1. Contact VIRA customer service to initiate the exchange.
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship item back in original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
5. Replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days.

3. Refund Exceptions

VIRA may issue refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Items received do not meet VIRA's quality standards
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Manufacturing defects
4. Damage during transit

To request a refund under these exceptions:
1. Document the issue with clear photographs
2. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item
3. Provide order number and detailed description of the quality concern
4. Await inspection approval and further instructions

4. General Conditions

- All returns must be authorized by VIRA customer service
- Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after inspection
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
